Currently Imagetrans employs 75 staff in its different locations. People are carefully selected，highly qualified and well experienced in their respective jobs. Most of them speak one or two foreign languages – e.g. English，German， French – and have a passion for travelling and a passion to perform. To keep them on a high level of professionalism，the company provides internal product-，service- and sales training on a regular basis.

　　Mr. He is the owner of the group. He has an academic background and holds a degree in Pedagogy. Mr. He has been in the travel industry for almost 30 years. During his career he received numerous awards and honours from Chinese and international organisations. Due to his outstanding contributions to the tourism business for the City of Xiamen，his home town， he was awarded “Honour Citizen of Xiamen ”.
